Basically what I said in the title. Ive used it for preworkout, as a waterbottle and anything that beeds shaking really. Love it so much, and its cute! The colour is perfect for my colour of pre workout since Im a bit self-conscious about a see through bottle having blue and or red liquid at the gym since I use my pre-workout during the workout-session. Highly recommend this if you have the same thoughts as me!
